Naturehood found a new neighborhood in Narnia (Washington D.C.)

Washington D.C. has looked like a winter wonderland lately, but who knew you could find Narnia there too?
I discovered a pocket of magic on a recent trip there.
When I entered Full of Beans, I felt as though I had just walked through the wardrobe. So humbled to have Naturehood in such a magical land.
If you are in the D.C. area, check it out!

To all the Los Angeles compl-RAIN-ers:
Remember, without rain there are no rainbows... a colorless world.

Missing our Tree.

Mya and I have this special tree that we love climb. Since being on the road for this book tour, we haven't been spending as much time there. Making it a point to go there and have a picnic when I get back next week:-)

Mya is Treeann

My little sis from BBBS symbolizes Treeann (the main character from Naturehood). They have the same kindred spirit. She is always up for an adventure, just as Treeann is.
Mya now loves being outside, exploring, creating and picnicking.
Naturehood is a scrumptious read filled with the key ingredients for life, literally. It is the recipe we are all looking for... a story you will savor for years to come. A delightful, sugar-free read; the perfect book for a picnic!
